Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, although they got a bit warm on the first day but cooled down later. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond, even reheating our leftovers. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of all the attractions. The dining experience was slightly lacking in variety, but overall a great experience.
The hotel's location is perfect in downtown Charlotte, close to great restaurants and everything the city offers. The rooms are well-appointed with thoughtful amenities, although they could be brighter. The service was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms, while on the small side, were still very accommodating and comfortable. The temperature in the room tended to stay in the upper 70s to low 80s and never really cooled down, which was a bit of a downside. On the plus side, the room was already available upon my arrival, which is always convenient.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, though a bit smaller than in newer hotels, were not cramped and very well equipped. The upgrade to the penthouse suite was really nice, and the temperature was easily adjustable to my liking by managing the curtains and blinds. However, it did feel a bit warm on the first day until I made the adjustment.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice furnishings, although there was some odd peeling on the wallpaper in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I did notice some outrageous parking fees. The location was ideal for my activities, in downtown Charlotte. The dining experience was ordinary but the staff was friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
